Positions available
Cougar Mom – Position is all season long. Assist Coach with emails, organizing, keeping parents informed. Requires one meeting a season.
Equipment Coordinator- Spring and Fall- select one or both seasons. Position requires coordination beginning in March. POSITION FILLED!
Uniform Coordinator- Spring and Fall Position requires coordination beginning in April. Ordering uniforms and scheduling pick up day
Fundraiser Coordinator- To help keep costs down one or two easy fundraiser need to be created. Have some ideas?
Photo Day Coordinator- Spring and Fall – select one or both seasons. Coordination begins in April/May
Sponsor Coordinator- Spring and Fall- select one or both seasons. Requires securing $200 sponsors for teams.
Cougar Picnic Coordinator- Set up a committee to plan a fun event
Draft Coordinator- Spring and Fall – select one or both seasons. Requires 4 nights to coordinate.
Award Jacket Coordinator- Coordination begins is February.

Coaches...
All coaches are required to obtain PA Child Abuse History Clearance
(Act 34). This requires completion of Form SP4-164. 'Request for
Criminal Record' and Form CY-113, 'Pennsylvania Child Abuse History
Clearance. There is a $10.00 processing fee for each form, and a copy of
the processed SP4-164 must be included with the CY-113.

PARKING NOTICES:
No parking along Cherry Lane at Dallastown Community Park. They have a large parking lot with plenty of space so use it and avoid being towed.
No parking along the lane behind Cougar Field next to the Burial Vault Company or you will be towed.
These areas are well marked as No Parking areas.
Cougars is NOT responsible for fines or towing fees.

Coaches, please use proper discretion when it comes to playing in poor conditions. Please be sure to call 817-0928 or email at DTCougarBaseball@yahoo.com if you cancel a game due to weather and need to reschedule. Please try to reschedule within 2 weeks so we can ensure all games are played.
